SHIPPING POLICY
At the moment most BAM SHIFTS shift knobs are made to order. Due to this please allow up to a month (30 days) for production and delivery depending on current order volume at time of purchase. (Most orders do ship within a few days, but sometimes we get backed up.) Smaller items such as Air Fresheners and adapters ship within 5 business days. As soon as orders are shipped, customers will receive a tracking number in the email used to place the order.
If you receive the wrong Products, we will process an exchange for the correct ordered item(s), subject to availability, or arrange a refund. Please email info@bamshifts.com with your name, order number, contact details and a detailed description of the order error. We will evaluate your request as soon as practicable.
We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us immediately via our ‘contact us’ page.
We undertake to exchange BAM SHIFTS products that are unused, undamaged and still in its original packaging. The product must be returned at the buyer's cost with proof of purchase within 15 days of delivery.
We do not accept refunds unless the product is faulty. We do not provide refunds due to incorrect ordering or change of mind.
Please note that under no circumstances will custom engraved or discontinued products be accepted for exchange due to incorrect ordering or change of mind.
If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any shipping charges associated. The return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk. If damaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange at our own discretion.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since day of delivery, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange on non-defective items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items and One-offs (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bamshiftsinfo@gmail.com

Development
Our Products are constantly in development, and as such, products may be discontinued and superseded without notice.
Prices of Products and delivery and other charges displayed on the Website are current at the time of issue but are subject to change without notice. You should check the price at the time of placing an order.
Prices of Products displayed on the Website are Goods and Services Tax (GST) inclusive unless otherwise indicated. This may change in the future, and at that time GST will be indicated at the point of purchase and charged at the legislated rate.
Our Products are shipped via postal/courier service as purchased by you as part of the order. Delivery times and conditions apply as per the policy of the applicable postal/courier service provider. Shipping confirmation for the order will be sent to you via email and tracking of the order with the postal/courier service provider is your responsibility. Online orders received without payment for shipping will not be shipped to you until full payment is received for postal/courier service.
Import duties, taxes and fees are charged once the package reaches its destination country. We do not take responsibility for these charges and do not offer compensation. We have no control over these charges as they are the responsibility of the recipient. If import duties, taxes, or fees are refused, the order will be considered forfeited unless the following conditions are met:
1. The package is successfully returned to our facility, and
2. A refund is requested by the recipient.
If both conditions are met, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the total order value, less initial shipping fees.
