Shipping & Returns Policy

At BAM SHIFTS, every product is crafted with care. Many of our products are made to order, and we appreciate your patience while we build your order.

Production & Shipping Times
Shift Knobs

Most BAM SHIFTS shift knobs are made to order. Please allow up to 30 days for production and shipping, depending on current order volume.

While many orders ship within just a few business days, production times may increase during busy periods.

Accessories

Smaller items such as adapters, air fresheners, hardware, and other accessories typically ship within 5 business days.

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Order Cancellations
Standard Orders

Orders that have not entered production or shipped may be canceled for a full refund.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all custom orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bamshifts.com.

Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item received

  • A brief description of the issue

We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund if the error was ours.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Unused, uninstalled products may be eligible for exchange if:

  • They are returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • They are in new, unused condition.

  • They include all original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a BAM SHIFTS error or defective product.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom engraved products

  • Custom-made products

  • Discontinued items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

  • Products showing signs of installation or use

Please verify your vehicle's thread size and compatibility before ordering.

General Return Policy

Our return period lasts 15 days from the date of delivery.

After 15 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless required by applicable law.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Uninstalled

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply.

 

Items returned damaged, incomplete, or altered may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

International Orders & Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a defective product or a shipping error made by BAM SHIFTS.

International returns may take up to six weeks or more to process depending on customs clearance and your financial institution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

We replace products only if they arrive defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was shipped.

For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable shipping service. BAM SHIFTS cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Pricing

Prices shown on our website are subject to change without notice.

The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.

Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

BAM SHIFTS is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Customs processing

  • Postal carrier delays

  • Carrier routing issues

  • Natural disasters

  • Other events beyond our control

Customs, Duties & International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Brokerage charges

  • Taxes imposed by the destination country

These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

BAM SHIFTS has no control over customs inspections, import fees, or processing times.

Customs delays are outside our control and do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or replacement.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or failure to claim the package, the customer remains responsible for all shipping charges incurred.

If the package is successfully returned to BAM SHIFTS and a refund is requested:

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Any return shipping charges assessed by the carrier will also be deducted from the refund.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these international shipping terms.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivering the package to the shipping address provided at checkout.

A package marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier will be considered successfully delivered. BAM SHIFTS is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend that you:

  • Verify the shipping address provided with your order.

  • Check around your delivery location and with other members of your household.

  • Contact neighbors or your building management, if applicable.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a lost package claim.

While we are happy to assist customers in working with the shipping carrier, BAM SHIFTS cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to BAM SHIFTS due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred.

If a refund is requested after the package has been returned to us, the following will be deducted from the refund amount:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping charges (if applicable)

  • Any carrier fees or customs charges assessed to BAM SHIFTS

  • Any applicable restocking fee outlined in this policy

If the customer would like the order reshipped, additional shipping charges must be paid before the package is sent again.

Due to the highly specialized nature of our products, we recommend that you read these terms before finalizing your purchase. General Product Disclaimer
All of our BAM SHIFTS Products are manufactured and supplied for show use only and are not to be used on motor vehicles operated on public roads or other areas. Our Products will be sold to you on the basis of being for show use only and you may risk prosecution if our Products are used in a manner other than described in the product description or in these Terms. We have no control over the usage of any of our Products by you.

BAM SHIFTS will not be liable for any injuries, death or property damage caused by the operation of any motor vehicle and/or the use of any Product purchased from our Website.

BAM SHIFTS reiterates and confirms that We make no representation or warranty, explicit or implied, that our Products are compliant with relevant statutory requirements for use in a motor vehicle.

The installation of any aftermarket part on your motor vehicle may void or otherwise adversely affect your factory warranty and/or insurance. In addition, such installation and use may violate certain National, State and Local laws, rules, regulations and ordinances as well as other laws when used on motor vehicles operated on public roads. Always check National, State and Local laws before modifying your motor vehicle. It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of you to determine the suitability of our Products for your use and ensure compliance with any applicable laws, rules, regulations or ordinances. You shall assume all legal, personal injury risk and liability and all other obligations, duties and risks associated therewith.

BAM SHIFTS assumes no responsibility or accountability, be it in a criminal or civil action, where any of our Products are used in a manner that is either outside these express Terms and/or is illegal.

Product Risk and Title
We will retain title to the Products you order until payment in full is processed and the Products are despatched to you. All risk associated with the Products will pass to you upon delivery.

Use of Content
Unless otherwise indicated by us, we own all intellectual property rights including copyright in all text, logos, photographs, pictures, graphics, images, artwork, trademarks, computer code and other materials posted on the Website (Content) and the arrangement of this Content.
